What do you sell?
We specialise in handmade cards and gifts, including wedding stationery, home décor pieces, and seasonal items. Many of our products are available with personalised details.
Can I personalise my order?
Yes! Some items have colour options, while others allow you to add names, dates, and messages. Options are listed on each product page.
Can I request something custom or unique?
Absolutely — just get in touch! If we can make it, we will.
🚚 Orders, Processing & Delivery
How long will my order take?
Processing usually takes 5–7 working days unless otherwise stated.
How is my order shipped?
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail Second Class or Tracked 48. Larger items are sent via Tracked delivery.
You can upgrade shipping at checkout or choose local collection if you're nearby.
Can I collect my order locally?
Yes! You can collect from Wollaston, Northamptonshire — just bring proof of purchase.
We'll contact you when your order is ready. Please collect within 18 days, as uncollected orders are non-refundable.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK.
Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking is included with larger items and any orders shipped via Tracked 48 or upgraded postage.
Can I place a rush order?
We don’t have a formal rush service, but if you’re in a hurry, message us and we’ll do our best to help — no extra charge!
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can make changes or cancel within 4 hours of ordering. After that, changes are at our discretion.

💌 Wedding Stationery & Proofs
Will I see a proof before my wedding order is printed?
Yes — we provide digital proofs for approval. You can also order a sample card, which includes a voucher to redeem the sample cost against your full order.
How many revisions can I request?
We’re flexible — we want your stationery to be just right. We’ll work with you until you’re happy.

Do you offer discounts for bulk or group orders?
Yes — we’re happy to discuss discounts for teacher gifts, wedding favours, events, and business orders.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?

Can I get an invoice with my order?
Yes — an invoice is included in your package. If you need a digital copy or VAT breakdown, just ask.
